Undergraduate bachelor degrees specify minimum scores for your pre-university qualifications. Certain courses may also have prerequisite subjects. The method for calculating entry scores is based on a range of pre-university qualifications.
An alternative pathway to many of our undergraduate degrees is available through the Diploma in Higher Education Studies. This one-year program allows you to study first-year units in four of our schools – arts and social sciences, business, IT and science – and qualify for the second year of a chosen degree.
Postgraduate coursework degrees usually specify completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, sometimes with a minimum result and prerequisite subjects.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Philosophy and other higher degrees by research usually specify a preliminary qualification such as a bachelor or master’s degree, often with a research component and a minimum result.
