Studying at our Malaysia Campus
Our portfolio was launched in the early part of 2013 with the global MBA programme from theEdinburgh Business School. We continue to develop our range of programmes – postgraduate, undergraduate and foundation – with our move into our new purpose-built campus in Putrajaya.

Off-campus student accommodation options are provided in Cyberjaya, about 10-15 minutes drive from Putrajaya. A free shuttle bus operates between the student accommodation residences and campus.
The off-campus accommodation options of The Arc and the Shaftbury Residences offer modern and spacious living accommodation. Each residence has a warden who is there to help you settle in and sort out any problems along the way. If you choose not to stay at these, our Accommodation Office provides support to help you secure the accommodation you need. They can provide advice and have excellent links with local accommodation providers.
The Arc, Cyberjaya
The Arc is a student accommodation development, approximately 8km from the campus, which caters for students from the universities in the vicinity. Their three bedroom units can be single or twin sharing rooms and all have a lounge and equipped kitchenette. The Arc also has a gym, swimming pool and laundrette.
Student clubs and societies
Student clubs and societies are a great way to meet new people and make friends with other students from around the world. There are a number of clubs and societies which are actively seeking new student members. Clubs are run by students, for students and are an excellent way to get involved and enrich your university life.
Sport and recreation
There are many sports and recreational facilities in Putrajaya, which offer special rates and discounts to Heriot-Watt students.
The sports complex in Precinct 18 provides both outdoor and indoor sports facilities, with many of the sport facilities being free of charge on weekdays. The water sports complex at Precinct 6 boasts an Olympic-size swimming pool and other facilities. There is an Extreme Challenge Park at Precinct 5 as well as the many public parks which provide excellent recreation and picnic spots for students.
