Tuition fees and cost of living is comparatively lower than other foreign destinations. Currently HR Malaysia is currently partner with four universities and provides admission services to students without any fee.
All Institutes in Malaysia should be accredited by Ministry of Education (Kementerian Pendidikan). All partner Institutes of HR Malaysia are accredited by the Ministry of Education Malaysia and HEC Pakistan.

- Professional Certificates, Vocational programes and Diplomas.
- English language courses if IELTS/TOEFL result is low.
- Credit transfer; students already enrolled in a Bachelor degree at a local Pakistani university can transfer their credits and continue their degree in a Malaysian university.
