Introduction
Turkey’s economy has grown remarkably in the recent years. Turkish Institutions are highly ranked in the university league tables. All courses are taught in English therefore students do not face any language barrier. Compared to UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE, Turkey is the cheapest option for gaining higher education abroad. HR Turkey currently represents three universities and does not charge any fee for the services it provides to help students in getting in to the desired course and university. Since courses are taught in English therefore IELTS is compulsory. Each Institute has a specific minimum IELTS requirement which varies for each program of study.
Before applying students need to make sure that the desired university is recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan. All universities represented by HR Turkey are recognized.

- Foundation Course; for students who have completed local Intermediate FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS or have secured lower grades in A levels.
- Higher education in universities at Bachelor, Master and Phd level.
- Professional Certificates, Vocational programes and Diplomas.
- English language courses if IELTS/TOEFL result is low.
- Credit transfer; students already enrolled in a Bachelor degree at a local Pakistani university can transfer their credits and continue their degree in a Turkey university.
HR provides free Admissions Services to international students interested to study in Australia at no charge, ranging from course counselling to application submission.
