Our Master of Business Administration (MBA) concentrates on developing the skills required to operate at senior levels within an organization. The course offers an advanced understanding of business administration and incorporates a wide range of disciplines to deliver a comprehensive educational experience.
This program is distinguished by its international focus, both in course content and student body and has links with institutions around the world, including some of the leading business schools in Europe.
The MBA course seeks to provide a higher level management qualification, building on London South Bank University’s twenty year experience of management training and education.

Semester 1 :
- Managerial economics (20 credits)
- Accounting and finance (20 credits)
- Managing human resources (20 credits)
- Managing strategy and change (20 credits)
- Marketing management (20 credits)
- Critical management inquiry (20 credits)
- Dissertation, management project (60 credits)
- A first degree (minimum 2.2) or foreign equivalent.
- Level of language proficiency: This requirement applies to those students whose first language is not English: Applicants should have a minimum of IELTS 6.5.
Semester 2:
- Managing strategy and change (20 credits)
- Marketing management (20 credits)
- Critical management inquiry (20 credits)
The dissertation is the third stage of the MBA and is equivalent to three modules; it requires students to apply the skills learnt on the program to practical business problems.

Employment prospects are excellent. Successful students can, in addition to senior management roles, build a career in a variety of roles in consulting, marketing, finance and human resource management.
